Acceptable Use Policy
Version 2026-09-21 · Part of the Terms of Service of SuperFile Inc. [confirm].
Short, because the list is short.
Content
- Do not protect or distribute content you have no right to distribute.
- Do not use the service for content that is unlawful where it is served — child sexual abuse material above all, and anything else the law forbids.
The platform
- Do not attempt to gain access to another workspace's keys, licences or usage.
- Do not probe, scan or load-test the service beyond your own workspace without asking us first.
- Do not use the service to attack anyone else, to relay spam, or to host malware.
- Do not work around quotas, rate limits, or the guard that keeps test licence environments away from production content. That guard exists because Google and Microsoft license those environments for testing only; defeating it puts both of us in breach of their terms.
- Do not resell raw licence issuance as though it were your own DRM service without a written agreement with us.
Credentials
- Keep API keys and licence-token secrets secret. Do not embed a licence-token secret in a client application — tokens are minted by your backend, which is the whole point of the design.
- Do not share one account between people who should have their own; invite them instead.
Reporting
Abuse of the service — pirated content, credential misuse, anything on this page: [email protected].
Security vulnerabilities: [email protected], or see /.well-known/security.txt. Report in good faith, give us reasonable time to fix, do not access other people's data, and we will not pursue you.
Consequences
We may suspend or terminate a workspace that breaches this policy, with notice where we reasonably can and immediately where the risk does not allow it.
